They are all so helpless and ignorant.
Foolish beings that lack common sense and perspective.
Again and again, they fail to live up to their potential. Again and again, they repeat the misdeeds that bring misfortune, misfortune that begets tragedy, tragedy that fuels hatred.
One way or another, every last mortal fails repeatedly to consider their own ability to bring goodness and truth to the world. Over and over again, they choose the self over the other. The individual over the group. Short-term euphoria over sustainable growth.
They each commit grave sins and fall short before the glory of the divine.
Their bodies push them toward base urges at every moment, their minds rationalize and pathologize away their own faults, their souls grow darker and darker by the day.
Redemption is a lost cause for these mortals.
I am Judgement.
All that remains is to enact my final verdict upon them.
